You can try sitting and flexing and pointing your toes a few times, rolling your ankle in circles in both directions, and rolling onto your toes and back down while standing.

Feet that are flexible and strong can be less likely to be affected by foot pain. Practice foot strengthening exercises on a regular basis to help build up your feet’s strength and flexibility.
