Treatment Includes
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate the body's natural healing process. This will penetrate through your heel to the site of injury to promote blood flow and reduce pain.
Stretching
Stretching helps to improve flexibility and alleviate tightness in the plantar fascia. With this package, each patient will receive a tailored stretching regime
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy can help stretch the plantar fascia, along with your Achilles tendon and lower leg muscles. This therapeutic approach helps to break up adhesions, increase blood flow, and promote healing in the plantar fascia.
Orthotics
Orthotics are the gold standard in treating the underlying mechanical cause of heel pain. Orthotics work by reducing the tensile and mechanical stress placed on the plantar fascia.

The healing process varies from person to person and depends on the severity of the condition. With proper treatment, symptoms can improve within a few months to a few weeks. However, it can take up to a year for the condition to fully heal.
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing process. In the case of plantar fasciitis, shockwave therapy is used to reduce pain and inflammation in the affected area.
During the treatment, a handheld device is used to deliver high-energy sound waves to the affected area. The sound waves create microtrauma in the tissue, which triggers the body’s natural healing process. This promotes the growth of new blood vessels and stimulates the release of growth factors, which help to reduce inflammation and pain.
Shockwave therapy is typically performed in a series of sessions, with each session lasting between 5 – 10 minutes. The number of sessions needed varies from person to person, but generally, it takes 3 – 6 sessions to notice significant improvement in symptoms.
In some cases it can take 6-12 months for plantar fasciitis to resolve.
During this six-week program we ask patients to reduce high impact activities i.e., swimming, cycling, or cross training.
