ELIGIBILITY
- This offer is exclusively for NEW PATIENTS ONLY who have never received treatment at The Foot Hub
- Valid for Wednesday appointments only
- One-time offer per person (cannot be used again)
- Must be booked and attended on a Wednesday
SERVICES INCLUDED IN $99 WEDNESDAY SPECIAL
This discounted rate applies ONLY to the following services (normally $130 each):
- Initial Consultation – Comprehensive assessment and completion of treatment plan (Item code: 004)
- Initial Fungal Toenail Assessment – Comprehensive assessment of fungal toenail and completion of treatment plan and/or fungal culture test (Item code: 004)
- Initial Standard Medical Pedicure – 20-30 minute appointment including cutting and filing of nails, debridement of calluses, corn removal, application of heel balm and nail oil (Item code: 004)
- Initial Ingrown Toenail Treatment – Initial assessment including treatment, no local anaesthetic provided (Item code: 004)
- Initial Medicare Consultation – Initial comprehensive assessment and completion of treatment plan (Item code: 004)
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN WEDNESDAY SPECIAL
The following services are NOT ELIGIBLE for the $99 Wednesday Special and will be charged at regular rates:
- Initial Orthotic Assessment ($200) – requires item codes 118, 301, 301
- Any ongoing/follow-up appointments (regular pricing applies)
- All other services not specifically listed as included above
APPOINTMENT DETAILS
- Appointment duration: 20-30 minutes
- No upgrades to premium services at discounted rate
- If additional services are required during your visit, standard fees apply
- Medicare referrals accepted with this special
PAYMENT & HEALTH FUND CLAIMS
- Payment of $99 due at time of service
- Health fund claims can be processed (where applicable)
- Medicare rebates available if you have a valid Allied Health referral
