About Casey
Casey is a dedicated Medical Receptionist with a diverse international background that reflects her adaptability and passion for helping others. Her professional journey began in Myanmar, where she studied Civil Engineering and worked as a private English teacher, developing strong communication skills while helping students build confidence.
Seeking new experiences, Casey spent 10 years working in customer service with Carnival Cruise Line, gaining invaluable experience in customer relations and problem-solving while supporting guests from around the world. This experience shaped her ability to stay calm under pressure and connect with people from diverse cultures.
After discovering her passion for healthcare, Casey moved to Australia where she completed studies at TAFE and began her career as a Medical Receptionist. She has also pursued a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance to further develop her skills in the medical field.
Casey brings together her international experience, strong communication skills, and genuine care for people to support both patients and healthcare professionals at The Foot Hub. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.
