1. Offer Period: This promotion is valid for purchases made during Black Friday weekend only (November 28-30, 2025, 11:59 PM AEDT).
2. Voucher Validity: Once purchased, vouchers do not expire and can be redeemed at any time, subject to appointment availability.
3. Eligible Services: Offer applies to:

4. Redemption: Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment booking. One voucher per person, per treatment.
5. Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable to other services and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. Not Combinable: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
7. Appointment Booking: Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
8. Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the voucher value.
9. Health Fund Claims: Clients may be eligible to claim from their private health insurance. Claims must be submitted manually by the client after treatment. All receipts will be provided.
10. Locations: Valid at both The Foot Hub Alexandria and The Foot Hub Sydenham locations.
11. Age Requirement: All clients must be 16 years or older, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
12. Medical Conditions: Please inform your podiatrist of any medical conditions (diabetes, neuropathy, circulatory issues, etc.) prior to treatment.
13. Preparation: All gel polish, shellac, and artificial nails must be removed before your appointment.
14. Amendments: The Foot Hub reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
15. Disputes: All decisions regarding this promotion are final and binding.

Depending on your foot conditions we recommend 3-6 months for most patients. 

Please remove all gel polish and nail enhancements prior to your appointment. 

Yes! Even with the discounted voucher price, you can still claim back from your health fund if you have podiatry coverage. Please note that due to the prepaid nature of voucher purchases, you’ll need to submit your health fund claim manually after your appointment. We’ll provide all necessary receipts and documentation on the day. HICAPS is available for on-the-spot rebates during regular appointments.
